Pixelspective Photography, has over 20 years in both commercial and residential real estate photography. Our prices are based on a combination of time and square footage of your home or commercial space.
Basic
$250
1,500 S.F. or less (most VRBO/AirBnB, condo’s, townhomes and small to medium homes).
Clients will receive 15-20 high-resolution and web-optimized image sets from their photo shoot.
All sent to you thru Dropbox or online gallery link.
Popular
$350
Up to 2,500. S.F. residential and up to 5,000 of commercial space.
Clients will receive 25-30 high-resolution and web-optimized image sets from their photoshoot.
All sent to you thru Dropbox or online gallery link.
Diamond
$450
Up to 4,000. S.F. residential and up to 25,000 of commercial space.
Clients will receive 30-40 high-resolution and web-optimised image sets from their photo shoot.
All sent to you thru Dropbox or online gallery link.
Aerial, rental properties, apartment complexes, vacation rentals, hotels, retail, restaurant, land or larger office/industrial properties please email me for a custom rate.
SAME DAY DELIVERY: $50
TWILIGHT SETUP: $75 + PACKAGE PRICE
Drone Images $100 + PACKAGE PRICE
Drone Video $150 + PACKAGE PRICE
1 minute property video including all interior and exterior images $50
(outside of property and up to 1/2 mile surrounding area.)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We cannot split a photo package between two properties.
There are no travel fees for properties located less than 20 miles from zip code 91335 in Southern California and 20 miles from zip code 95405 in Northern California.
Payment for services are due at the time of your shoot. We accept cash, check or credit card thru Venmo or Paypal.
Please make all checks payable to Pixelspective. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
Payment must be received in full before your photos are delivered.
If you need photos for large rental properties, apartment complexes, vacation rentals, hotels, retail, restaurant, office/industrial properties, portfolio purposes, or you need more than 35 images, please email me for a quote on a custom package.
